Position

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to provide support to the European Azienda riservata Finance team working for French and Monegasque Azienda riservata Companies and cross-countries projects.

Job Responsibilities

Daily accounting tasks are a large part of the daily activities. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail. In particular:

Perform daily cash reconciliation
Liaise with store staff for cash reconciliation management
Post and process journal entries
Assist in the processing of balance sheets & income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Prepare and submit monthly reports
Assist Finance Supervisor in the preparation of monthly closings
Archiving corporate documents
Assist with other finance projects

Profile





Bachelor’s Degree in Economics Sciences
Good knowledge of both written and spoken English language; French language will be a plus
Excellent organizing abilities
Quality and accuracy of data input and output, attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures
Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively respecting deadlines
Ability to develop trust worthy relationship in the work environment and sense of responsibility
Communication skills, both verbal and written
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular of MS excel

Additional Information

Monthly Gross Salary: 800€
Meal Vouchers: 8€ each
