Position Overview

Location: GV‑Milan HQ, Piazza Einaudi, 4, Milan, Italy. Contract type: Intern. Department: E‑Commerce & Omnichannel. Mode: Hybrid. Responsibilities

- Collaborate to set up and configure the Digital Experience Analytics Platform for effective data tracking and analysis.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to identify key behavioural metrics from a digital experience perspective.
- Measure and analyse user behaviour, engagement, and conversion to optimise user journeys and enhance digital experience.
- Gather clean and reliable data using analytics tools to support actionable insights.
- Support the Digital Analytics team on various projects, including A/B tests and navigation personalization.
- Generate and present reports on key performance indicators, creating visualisations to communicate data insights.
- Facilitate communication with external agencies to ensure smooth collaboration on analytics‑related projects.

Qualifications

- Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics,



Information Technology or related field.
- Strong interest in digital analytics and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Decibel or ContentSquare.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of behavioural analytics concepts and methodologies.
