Syngenta Biologicals is seeking a _Legal Operations Specialist for a maternity cover position_ at our Atessa (IT) location. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to join our Global Legal team. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for legal operations facilitating communication between Global and Local legal teams,
2. Support corporate governance activities
3. Provide support and collaborate on the review of the agreements
4. Manage contract lifecycle using company tools, overseeing efficient tracking of legal agreements.
5. Support GDPR compliance activities **Requirements**: - Master’s degree in law
- 1 or 2 years of professional experience in Legal Departments and / or public accounting/auditing
- Fluency in English




- Good knowledge of MS Office and Compliance systems
- Strong understanding of legal requirements and procedures
