Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive the central executive recruitment and global talent sourcing function for ST. You will shape sourcing standards, build talent pipelines and manage vendor partnerships to attract top senior talent. You’ll partner with senior leaders to align hiring with the TA strategy while delivering a seamless candidate experience. You will act as a change agent, elevating sourcing excellence across a complex, international organization. This is a high-impact role at a renowned semiconductor company with a strong emphasis on governance, confidentiality and data-driven decision making.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Senior Executive roles and other global positions, from brief to offer
- Design and implement global sourcing strategies, tools, and methodologies for executive and niche roles
- Ensure simple, confidential workflows and robust CRM/ATS usage with data integrity and compliance
- Manage relationships with external search firms and define a global vendor engagement model with KPIs
- Oversee LinkedIn Recruiter Licenses and Talent Insights, and provide market mapping insights to stakeholders
- Partner with senior leaders and HR to align needs, train hiring managers on interviewing and selection
Responsabilità
- Proven expertise in executive recruitment and direct sourcing in a global, matrixed environment
- Experience managing end-to-end senior hiring processes with high confidentiality
- Certifications in assessment and selection tools; strong vendor management and KPI tracking
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, ATS/CRM systems; data-driven recruitment mindset
- Ability to design/optimize recruitment processes, SLAs and workflows
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
