Black Shire S.r.l., specialized in the design and manufacturing of fully autonomous robotic vehicles, is looking for a Software Engineer to join its growing team.

Location

Vezza d'Alba (CN), Italy

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- At least 1 year of experience with C++ and Python
- Experience or strong interest in HMI (Human-Machine Interface) development
- Experience or strong interest in full-stack web development (Django, Python, REST APIs, HTML, CSS)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Git
- Familiarity with outdoor sensors such as LiDAR, GNSS, and cameras
- Experience or strong interest in cross-compilation toolchains, including development on host systems and deployment to target platforms (e.g., ARM-based systems)

Job Description

- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot microservices related to autonomous machine functions, user authentication, and related services
- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot in-vehicle software for the management of vehicle-related functionalities

Compensation

- Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
