We are looking for a junior professional to join our HR function at our headquarters in Florence and contribute to two complementary areas: HR Cost Controlling and Compensation & Benefits. Reporting to the Global HR Cost Controlling Manager and supporting the Compensation & Benefits Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop cross-functional expertise in a dynamic, international environment.

Monitor key HR KPIs — including headcount, FTEs and labour cost — through budget and forecast preparation, variance analysis and management presentations
Support the monthly closing process, ensuring data accuracy and timely variance reporting
Develop and maintain HR reporting tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR controlling processes
Coordinate the collection and validation of HR data for the Annual Sustainability Report and the Remuneration Report
Support the annual compensation cycle (STI,



LTI and salary review) through benchmarking and market data analysis
Analyse HR data to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making across reward and workforce topics
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of HRIS data quality, contributing to system updates and cross-functional data alignment

2–3 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A;, ideally within an HR function or with significant exposure to HR data and workforce cost analysis
~ Comfortable working with numbers and translating data into clear, actionable insights
~ Familiarity with HR digital tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, PowerBI) is a plus
~ Fluent in both Italian and English

Permanent employment contract
• Salary package commensurate with experience (€30,000–34,000 gross annual salary range)
