Experteer Overview

In this role, you will lead quality operations across EPC projects, applying deep QA/QC expertise to ensure reliable product delivery. You’ll guide cross‑functional project teams, implement preventive measures, and drive readiness through audits and reviews. You will shape the Project Quality Plan and mentor the quality team to resolve issues and improve outcomes. This position supports the energy transition by ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality project execution. You’ll work with customers and project personnel to address quality problems and deliver value across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Review project scope, specs, and plans to identify special processes for control
- Direct and participate in PMT activities to ensure product quality
- Initiate Quality Planning and evaluate Project Quality Plan effectiveness
- Lead Fit for Purpose evaluation for non‑conforming items




- Ensure resource availability and audit verification for project quality
- Coordinate daily with quality team and mentor/dis[c]ipline teams
- Develop Project Quality Plan to meet customer requirements
- Liaise with project personnel and customers to resolve quality issues
- Oversee As‑Built Certification through work packages and monitor mechanical completion
- Prepare lessons learned and project close‑out quality reports
- Conduct Readiness Review meetings with QA/QC disciplines
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis of quality data
- Prepare weekly MOM and monthly reports; arrange pre‑inspection meetings

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years in EPC‑related roles
- Lead auditor certification and experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
