You will lead the Group’s cybersecurity transformation by coordinating the deployment of security solutions across brands and regions. You act as a bridge between governance and technical execution, aligning group strategy with local initiatives and system integration. You will drive centralization of security services and ensure compliant, scalable delivery in a multinational context. Responsabilità

- 6–10 years of cybersecurity experience with exposure to system integration, governance and cybersecurity architecture in multinational environments
- Strong knowledge of IAM, SIEM, Endpoint Security, Network Security, Cloud Security
- Proven vendor management experience
- Solid understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS
- Strong project management and stakeholder management across functions/geographies
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving and execution capabilities
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Collaborative, business‑oriented, able to operate in complex environments
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering or equivalent
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Experience in fashion or luxury industry is a plus
