System Architect

with software design and cloud computing skills to join its

Aerospace & Defence

division. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, modelling and defining the system architecture for complex applications.The candidate will join the System Engineering team, working with software developers, avionics integration experts and artificial intelligence specialists to define scalable, secure and service-oriented architectures. Main activities: Analyse system requirements and define the overall architecture of mission-critical software solutions; Designing distributed and cloud-native architectures for simulation, mission planning and data fusion applications; Define integration between embedded components, middleware and cloud services; Select technologies, protocols and communication standards (REST/gRPC, MQTT, DDS, etc.); Support the development of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models and technical documentation; Collaborate with international teams to align architectural and cybersecurity standards; Participate in architecture validation through simulation environments and digital twins. Technical requirements: Experience in the architectural design of complex software systems; Knowledge of the main Cloud Computing technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or equivalent); Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration (Docker,



Kubernetes); Knowledge of microservice architectures and event-driven systems; Good command of languages such as C++, Python or Java; Skills in cybersecurity and data security management. Optional technical requirements: Experience in the aerospace, defence or mission-critical systems sector; Knowledge of MBSE frameworks (SysML, UML, Enterprise Architect); Experience with CI/CDenvironments and continuous integration tools; Knowledge of DO-178C, ECSS or equivalent standards; Problem-solving skills and technical coordination abilities. Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science or Electronics. The ideal candidate will have an analytical approach and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, proactivity and initiative, effective time management skills and willingness to travel.
