In this role you will support the day-to-day management and growth of the Group’s digital business for Other Brands, focusing on Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience, monitor performance, and drive commercial results across multiple channels. You will conduct data-driven analysis, manage catalogs, and coordinate with IT, Merchandising, and Retail Operations to implement digital initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to shape e-commerce performance in a global, multi-brand environment with a strong emphasis on excellence and collaboration. Support daily management of Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage e-commerce platforms to ensure 운영 excellence and optimal customer experience Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, AOV) to identify trends and opportunities Prepare recurring business reports and dashboards with actionable insights Manage catalog activities including data accuracy, assortment, seasonal updates, and promotional initiatives Coordinate day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams (IT, Retail, Merchandising,



Client Service, local stakeholders) Support planning, testing and rollout of new digital functionalities Perform data validation and quality checks across systems and markets Assist merchandising with product performance analysis, assortment optimization, and promo calendars across brands 3+ years in E-commerce, Digital, or Online Merchandising Strong analytical mindset with experience in digital KPIs and performance analysis Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas) Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Adobe, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Hands-on problem-solving attitude Experience in e-commerce merchandising and product performance analysis a plus Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams English at least B2 (written and spoken) In this role you will support the day-to-day management and growth of the Group’s digital business for Other Brands, focusing on Employee On… #J-18808-Ljbffr
