Ideal candidates will bring operational expertise, genuine positive energy, and strong organizational skills to the team. /ppThis individual will report to the Logistics Manager and will be their support system and key partner, bringing operational acumen and strong attention to detail. /ppExperience working within a fast-paced growth-oriented company on the international stage and an understanding of luxury lifestyle brands are musts. /ph3What you'll do: /h3ulliB2B shipments and accompanying paperwork (invoice, delivery note, customs bill, return, credit note, importation)



/liliClient database maintenance regarding shipping requirements and contacts /liliAllocations and sending picking list to the warehouse according to B2B client instructions /liliMonitoring orders’ pick up and tracking shipments /liliCredit recovery and balance payment /liliUpdating stock and sending ATS to clients /liliClients Swaps from order to invoice /liliDaily Customer service activities /liliSending and returning goods from and to our Office/Pop up/ Events/Shooting /liliOrganizing all merchandise movements making the correspondent paperwork (proforma, delivery notes, Air waybill) /liliSending manual picking lists to the warehouse to meet our offices needs /liliPlacing packaging orders and all the material necessary to arrange shipments /li /ulh3What we're looking for: /h3ulli2+ years of experience in export and logistics /liliMust be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure /liliBe willing to adapt and collaborate /liliHave a positive attitude to work /li liDetail oriented and highly organized /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
