You will work closely with the bProject Technical Manager /b, ensuring effective engineering coordination and execution across complex systems such as underground networks, 3D CAD models, modularized units, and highly integrated packages. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities for assigned systems and plant areas throughout the project lifecycle. /li liDrive technical integration across engineering disciplines and external Saipem Engineering Centers, enabling effective and timely decision‑making. /li liLead 3D model activities, including planning, reviews, quality control and clash management. /li liEnsure compliance with Client requirements, project specifications and contractual obligations.



/li liManage engineering deliverables, interfaces, changes and constructability aspects within the assigned scope. /li liMonitor engineering man‑hours and material quantities, progress, costs and risks, implementing recovery plans when necessary. /li liAct as the primary technical interface with Clients, Vendors and project stakeholders for assigned systems and 3D model activities. /li liSupport planning and scheduling of engineering activities by ensuring an integrated, efficient and high‑quality engineering design. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation: /b Master’s Degree or bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline. /li libExperience: /b At least b10 years of proven experience /b in technical supervision, leading teams and/or managing complex projects. /li libLanguages: /b English B2 (written and spoken). /li libIT Skills: /b SmartPlant Review – Autodesk Navisworks. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liPermanent contract – CCNL Energia e Petrolio. /li liFor home office contract: Pay not lower than €56,000. /li liCorporate benefits: Health insurance, internal gym, discounts and partnerships, services related to health, family, well‑being, and in‑house cafeteria.
