You’ll work across cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable results, contributing to Eurofins’ leadership in environmental testing.

- Provide strategic leadership for Environment Testing in Italy with Managing Directors
- Develop and execute growth strategy across market segments within 3–5 years
- Drive organic expansion and profitability improvements




- Optimize cost base via benchmarking and purchasing power
- Lead change management initiatives to increase performance and transparency
- Oversee or participate in M&A; activities and business integration
- Minimum 5 years P&L; responsibility for a complex, multi-site business
- Proven ability to implement change and develop change-agents at all levels
- Strong leadership xlwpduy with ability to build trust with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to create and communicate a clear vision and translate strategy into results
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Life Sciences
