Overview

In this role you will lead Campari Group's enterprise-wide AI transformation from our Milan HQ, turning AI into measurable business value. You will define the AI strategy, governance, and platform portfolio that scale across global markets and functions. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance to embed AI in decision‐making and everyday work. This is a high‐impact, transformation‐focused leadership role with a clear delivery mandate and cross‐functional influence.

Responsibilities

- Own and evolve Campari's enterprise AI vision aligned with business priorities
- Identify high‐impact AI opportunities and scale use cases across operations, marketing, sales, HR, and finance
- Design and manage a portfolio of AI products, platforms, and reusable capabilities
- Partner with technology, data, and business teams to deliver robust,



secure, and compliant solutions
- Champion AI adoption and embedding into everyday decision‐making
- Shape governance, ethics, and accountability for AI initiatives
- Lead across global markets, influencing senior leadership and cross‐functional teams

Qualifications

- Significant experience leading AI, data, or digital transformation at global scale
- Proven ability to define and scale enterprise AI strategy
- Strong leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of AI platforms, governance, and responsible AI
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear business value
