and manufacturing teams; /li /ul h3bSourcing Support /b /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong working relationships with manufacturing partners to support effective product development; /li liEnsure supplier performance in terms of technical standards, cost, and quality throughout the development process; /li liSupport the analysis and evaluation of suitable factories (factory identification and onboarding is led by the Head of Sourcing; the Product Developer contributes technical and developmental input); /li liPropose new suppliers when appropriate, with proposals informed by both product development needs and supply chain logic avoiding unnecessary geographic fragmentation of the supplier base; /li /ul h3bProcess Excellence Complexity Reduction /b /h3 ul liMonitor, standardize, and continuously improve product creation processes; /li liDrive the reduction of overall complexity across materials, product structures, and development workflows; /li liIncrease efficiency, scalability, and transparency across the product creation value chain; /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liProven experience of almost 8 years in product development within the inline skate/wheeled sports industry, footwear, sporting goods; /li liStrong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods; /li liSolid experience with CBD analysis and target costing; /li liExperience managing development teams across geographies (Italy and Asia); /li liFluent English; /li liAvailability for frequent travel to Asia (sourcing and factory visits); /li liSupply chain and logistics awareness is considered a significant plus: ability to make supplier proposals that support supply chain efficiency and geographic coherence; /li /ul pCompensation and employment terms will be determined based on the bcandidate's experience and qualifications /b, with an indicative bgross annual salary in the range of €60,000–€70,000 /b. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
