ppKyivstar.Tech is looking for a Product Designer to join our product team working on a large-scale Web SaaS CRM platform. /p pThis role is not only about designing screens. We are looking for a strong product‑minded designer who can work in discovery, frame problems, challenge assumptions, build scalable UX concepts, and help the team turn complex business processes into clear, flexible, and technically viable product solutions. You will work in a cross‑functional environment side‑by‑side with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders. The product serves different business contexts, user roles, workflows, and operational scenarios, so we need someone who can think beyond a single client request and design solutions that can scale across multiple companies, domains, and use cases. /p h3About us /h3 pKyivstar.Tech is a Ukrainian hybrid IT company and a resident of Diia.City. We are a subsidiary of Kyivstar, one of Ukraine’s largest telecom operators. Our mission is to transform lives in Ukraine and beyond by creating innovative technological solutions that unleash the potential of businesses while meeting the evolving needs of users. With over 500 specialists working across diverse domains—from mobile and web solutions to the design, development, support, and maintenance of high-performance systems—we are committed to driving meaningful change. We embrace an entrepreneurial culture that fosters continuous growth, challenges conventional thinking, and inspires the creation of transformative products. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a product designer within a cross‑functional full‑stack product team, contributing to team‑level outcomes and shared KPIs. /li liLead the design process in discovery: from problem framing and task clarification through hypotheses, concepts, validation, and delivery. /li liTranslate complex business processes into scalable UX solutions for a Web SaaS CRM platform. /li liDesign interfaces for multi‑step workflows, admin panels, configuration flows, tables, roles, permissions, and operational scenarios. /li liThink beyond a single use case or client request and design solutions that can work across different companies, industries, and business models. /li liBuild abstractions from specific business cases and turn them into reusable, flexible product patterns. /li liChallenge requirements and product assumptions by asking “what if” questions about multiple options, scenarios, user roles, or different business processes. /li liConduct user research, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiries, and workflow analysis to uncover user needs, business logic, constraints, and friction points. /li liDevelop hypotheses and validate them through prototypes, usability testing, analytics, and iterative feedback. /li liCollaborate closely with engineers to understand technical constraints, implementation logic, APIs, frontend limitations, and system dependencies.

/li liPrepare clear design documentation that helps engineers understand not only how the interface should look, but why it should work this way. /li liApply existing design system components and patterns; contribute to the growth of Kyivstar’s corporate design system when existing solutions are insufficient. /li liUse product analytics and qualitative feedback to evaluate the impact of design decisions and improve usability, efficiency, and scalability. /li liProvide design QA during implementation to ensure that delivery matches both visual quality and product intent. /li liOptionally use AI‑based tools, prototyping tools, low‑code/no‑code, or vibe‑coding approaches to explore ideas, structure tasks, validate assumptions, or speed up design workflows. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProduct design experience: 4+ years as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, preferably in SaaS, B2B, B2B2C, CRM, support tools, communication platforms, or complex operational products. /li liDiscovery maturity: ability to work with ambiguous problems, frame tasks, identify constraints, form hypotheses, and shape product direction before moving into UI execution. /li liSystems thinking: ability to see a product as a system of roles, workflows, scenarios, permissions, configurations, and business rules—not just as a set of screens. /li liConceptual thinking: ability to move from a specific client request to a more abstract, scalable solution, and then translate it back into a concrete interface. /li liComplex interface design: strong experience designing admin panels, dashboards, tables, multi‑step flows, configuration interfaces, role‑based experiences, or workflow‑heavy products. /li liB2B / SaaS mindset: understanding of how products work for different companies, teams, roles, and business processes; ability to design for more than one customer context. /li liTechnical understanding: solid understanding of how frontend development works, including responsive layouts, components, constraints, and modern web interface logic; basic knowledge of HTML/CSS concepts such as flexbox is a plus. /li liCollaboration with engineers: ability to discuss trade‑offs, implementation complexity, technical limitations, and product feasibility with developers. /li liResearch and analytics: experience with qualitative and quantitative methods, including user interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis, product analytics, and feedback synthesis. /li liArgumentation: ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions, compare alternatives, describe consequences, and show why a particular solution is appropriate. /li liCritical thinking:

ability to challenge requirements, avoid jumping to the first obvious solution, and consider edge cases, future scaling, and long‑term product impact. /li liDesign systems: hands‑on experience using and extending component libraries; familiarity with structured design systems and Figma libraries. /li liTools: strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; ability to present design work clearly to stakeholders and developers. /li liCommunication: strong collaboration skills, comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams, and ability to communicate clearly in Ukrainian and English. /li liExperience with CRM, customer support, contact center, communication, telecom, or enterprise workflow products. /li liExperience in modern SaaS startups or product companies where designers had broad ownership and direct influence on product decisions. /li liExperience with AI‑powered SaaS products or AI‑based product workflows. /li liPrevious frontend, business analysis, product management, or technical background. /li liExperience with low‑code/no‑code tools, vibe coding, AI prototyping, or prompt‑based workflows. /li liUnderstanding of AI tools beyond surface‑level usage: ability to use them critically, structure tasks well, and recognize their limitations. /li liExperience designing products with integrations, APIs, automation flows, complex permissions, or multi‑role user models. /li liIdeal qualities: ul liDo not wait for a perfect task description — you help shape the task yourself. /li liAsk strong “what if” questions before jumping into UI. /li liCan think about how one feature will work for different companies and business processes. /li liAre comfortable working with uncertainty, incomplete context, and complex constraints. /li liCan challenge product and technical stakeholders constructively. /li liCare about both product value and implementation feasibility. /li liThink in systems, patterns, scenarios, and long‑term scalability. /li liCan explain not only what should be designed, but why it should work this way. /li liPrefer working only with fully prepared requirements and detailed specifications. /li liFocus mostly on visual UI execution without deeper product or UX ownership. /li liAvoid technical discussions with engineers. /li liDesign only for the immediate task without considering future scalability. /li liAre uncomfortable challenging assumptions or defending your decisions. /li liPrefer narrow delivery tasks over discovery, problem framing, and system‑level thinking. /li /ul /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liOffice or remote—your choice. /li liRemote onboarding. /li liPerformance bonuses for everyone: annual or quarterly, depending on the role. /li liLearning opportunities through the company’s library, internal resources, and partner programs. /li liHealth and life insurance. /li liWell‑being program and corporate psychologist. /li liReimbursement of expenses for Kyivstar mobile communication. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
