The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical and passionate about luxury retail. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the day-to-day operations of the retail network, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. /liliMonitor store performance through operational KPIs and prepare regular reports and analyses. /liliCoordinate retail operational activities, ensuring timely execution of company initiatives and projects. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and enhance store efficiency. /liliSupport inventory management activities, stock accuracy and operational best practices. /liliAssist with the implementation of new operational procedures, tools and retail systems. /liliProvide operational support for store openings, relocations and refurbishment projects. /liliManage and update operational documentation, guidelines and manuals. /liliAct as a point of contact for stores, providing timely support on operational matters. /liliIdentify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of solutions that enhance operational performance. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulli2–4 years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Operations or a similar role,
