Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Business Development professional to drive growth in the interiors and high-end living segment, with a focus on strategic markets and high-value clients.

This role goes beyond sales: it requires the ability to originate opportunities, build long-term relationships and position complex, design-led offerings within premium contexts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute international business development strategies in the interiors sector
- Build and manage relationships with architects, designers, developers and private clients
- Identify and originate high-value projects (residential, hospitality, contract)
- Coordinate internally with design,



product and management teams
- Contribute to market positioning and brand development

Candidate Profile

- Proven track record in business development within interiors, luxury or design-driven sectors
- Strong network among architects, interior designers, developers and HNWI
- Strategic mindset combined with execution capability
- International exposure and cultural fluency
- Ability to operate in complex, high-end environments
