In this role you lead DBS operations at the Milan campus, coordinating Italy and Turkey across Employee Document Services, logistics, and related support. You will manage on-site teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and SLA adherence. You’ll drive continuous improvement, risk governance, and cross-regional initiatives within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This position offers broad impact on how services are delivered for DBS across the EMEA region.

- Provide day-to-day operational leadership for DBS services (Employee Document Services, Logistics and Warehousing, Transportation, Supplies & Merchandise).
- Manage on-site teams with staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
- Serve as primary escalation point for operational issues, risks, and service delivery challenges.
- Ensure SLA compliance, quality standards, and procedures are followed.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor KPIs and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with internal clients to understand service needs and drive delivery improvements.




- Maintain governance and control frameworks including risk, incident management, and escalation.
- Monitor, analyze and report key operational metrics for decision-making.
- Lead regional initiatives, projects, and service enhancements across the EMEA DBS model.

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years in a leadership role with people management
- Strong English and Italian.
- Experience managing operational service teams in production or services
- Knowledge of print technologies, scanning, mail & courier services
- Experience managing vendors and outsourced providers
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and client engagement
- Proven ability to manage change and drive process improvement
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
