As a Construction Manager at Hitachi Rail, you will oversee on-site construction activities for national and international projects from a Turin base. You’ll ensure design and planning compliance, coordinate with clients, authorities, and subcontractors, and drive safe, efficient site operations. You will work within a cross-functional environment to optimize resources and continuously improve processes. - Ensure works quality in line with project design and specifications

- Ensure construction activities align with the project planning

- Liaise with Customers/Authorities/Contractors/ Partners/ Subcontractors for site handover

- Ensure site compliance with HSE management plan





- Optimize resources on site within project budget and planning baselines

- Develop site-specific plans aligned with project program and budget

- Update and improve processes and procedures

- Support Construction Manager to ensure material availability on site per Working Schedule

- Experience up to 5 years on site activities and workforce management

- Fluent in technical drawing and xlwpduy reporting

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project (plus)

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of signalling, power supply and traction power technology systems

- Driving license valid in Sweden and willingness to travel/long-term assignment

- Proficiency with Windows and Office package

- Health, Safety and Environment awareness
