ph3Role /h3 pThe Site Security Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and enhancing all physical security operations for the company’s Italian site(s). This includes the protection of personnel, facilities, intellectual property, and mission‑critical assets. The role involves managing security systems, supervising security personnel, partnering with law‑enforcement agencies, and supporting regional multi‑site operations. The manager ensures compliance with corporate security standards as well as Italian regulatory requirements. /p pThis position reports to the Israel Senior Security Manager, and is based in Rehovot, Israel. The role requires travel up to 10%. /p h3Program Components Include /h3 ul liLead security operations for the Italian site, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. /li liSupervise, train, and qualify security personnel, including vendor teams and contracted guards. /li liMaintain security systems such as Access Control, CCTV, intrusion detection and related technologies. /li liConduct sensitive investigations and implement improvements to investigative procedures. /li liServe as primary liaison with Italian law enforcement, emergency services, and contracted security providers. /li liLead preparedness activities and participate in emergency response processes. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pSecurity Workforce Leadership /p ul liManage physical security teams, including vendor operations. /li liGuide, supervise, and develop security staff, including training and qualification processes. /li liLead risk identification, site assessments, inspections, and audit programs. /li liTake part in emergency readiness planning and response execution, including drills and incident reviews.



/li liMaintain strong liaison with Italian law‑enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities, as well as external contractors and security professionals. /li liConduct sensitive, wide‑scope security investigations at the site or corporate level. /li liProvide guidance and operational support to other security personnel engaged in investigations. /li liDevelop, update, and communicate corporate investigative procedures and processes. /li liEstablish, manage, and maintain security systems including Access Control, CCTV, alarm systems, and monitoring platforms. /li liEnsure system performance, reliability, lifecycle upgrades and vendor support. /li liProtect the organization’s physical and intellectual assets through proactive oversight and strict policy enforcement. /li liManage security guards, shift leaders, and supervisors. /li liTrain, certify, and evaluate staff. /li liConduct field inspections, drills, training sessions, and operational reviews. /li liEnsure high‑quality service delivery across all shifts. /li /ul h3Skills, Knowledge, Experience Education /h3 pThe ideal candidate will have the following: /p ul liStrong command of physical security technologies (CCTV, access control, perimeter systems, alarms and more). /li liDemonstrates strong conceptual and practical expertise in physical security operations. /li liExperience operating and managing 24/7 security teams.



/li liFamiliarity with physical security standards and operational protocols. /li liStrong decision‑making capability under pressure. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (Italian and English – Must). /li li3–7 years in physical security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. /li liExperience managing guard forces, control rooms, security operations. /li liProven experience handling physical incidents and producing professional reports. /li liExperience in industrial or multi‑site environments – advantage. /li liSecurity‑related training or certifications – advantage. /li liBachelor’s degree – preferred but not required. /li liAbility to work with technical documentation in English. /li /ul h3Other Suitability Factors /h3 pTo succeed in this role requires a bcapacity for complexity /b and btemperament /b that includes: /p ul liHigh integrity, professionalism, and reliability. /li liStrong situational awareness and high stress‑resilience. /li liAssertiveness combined with strong teamwork and leadership. /li liAvailability for emergencies or off‑hours events. /li /ul pbWorkplace: /b Olmi di San Biagio di Callalta (TV) /p h3Additional Information /h3 pbTime Type: /b Tempo pieno /p pbEmployee Type: /b Assignee / Regular /p pbTravel: /b Yes, 20% of the Time /p pbRelocation Eligible: /b No /p pApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
