Drive a strong Quality culture focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the Right First Time approach while ensuring compliance with company, contractual, and regulatory requirements. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing customer feedback, surveys, and related improvement plans. /liliDefine, implement, and monitor Quality and Safety objectives and action plans across projects, manufacturing, and maintenance activities. /liliEnsure the consistent application of Quality and Safety processes and escalate critical issues when necessary. /liliPromote a culture of Quality, Safety, and continuous improvement, reducing deviations and non-conformities. /liliCoordinate project quality activities and ensure alignment with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives and contractual obligations. /liliCollaborate with Supplier Quality teams to address key issues, NCRs,
and corrective actions. /liliDrive problem-solving initiatives and ensure effective implementation of Lessons Learned (REX) processes. /liliLead internal and customer audits, monitor corrective action plans, and verify their effectiveness. /liliSupport the achievement and maintenance of external certifications in line with company strategy. /liliLead, coach, and develop the Platform Quality team, fostering skills development and best practices. /liliMonitor Quality KPIs and dashboards, ensuring continuous improvement of overall performance. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management roles. /liliFluent English. /liliKnowledge of the railway industry, standards, and certifications is considered an asset. /liliStrong knowledge of Quality standards and methodologies (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22163 IRIS, CMMI, ECM, etc.). /liliExcellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work effectively within complex matrix organizations and manage multiple interfaces. /li /ulpLocation: Sesto San Giovanni /ppCCNL: Metalmeccanico /ppRange RAL: 52.100€ - 69.400€ /ppAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
