The role involves legal research, drafting and reviewing financial documents, and assisting with project finance matters in energy and infrastructure. You’ll contribute to due diligence, client deliverables, and gain practical experience while developing core legal, teamwork, and communication skills in a collaborative environment. /ph3What you'll be doing /h3ulliConducting legal research on banking and finance law matters /liliAssisting in the drafting, review and negotiation of financial documentation /liliSupporting the team on national and cross-border transactions /liliParticipating in the analysis and structuring of financing transactions /liliAssisting in the preparation of legal memoranda, contracts and due diligence documentation /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliLaw degree (Master’s) with a strong academic record /liliExcellent command of English, both written and spoken (minimum certified C1 level)
