In this role you will lead end-to-end supply chain for Italy, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will work with regional and global teams to align demand, supply, and service levels, while managing external logistics performance. You will drive S&OP; processes, inventory optimization, and cross-functional execution to support commercial objectives. This is a pivotal, cross-functional role with a clear impact on product availability and customer service.

- Oversee regional supply chain activities including logistics, warehousing, import-export, inventory management and demand planning
- Manage cluster secondary distribution with stakeholders to optimize quality and cost
- Monitor and report Supply Chain KPIs and forecast accuracy via S&OP; processes
- Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Quality and Logistics to ensure seamless customer-related processes




- Lead cross-functional and ad hoc projects to improve service levels and cost efficiency
- Coordinate SAP stabilization and support change implementations/new product launches
- Ensure GDP compliance, internal controls for O2C, and regulatory alignment
- Act as liaison with Global/Regional SNO teams and external logistics providers to ensure service excellence
- Minimum 8 years of Supply Chain experience in pharma, life sciences or medical devices
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience with senior leadership interaction
- Strong expertise in logistics, xlwpduy warehousing, demand planning, inventory management and O2C processes
- Experience with ERP/demand planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis)
- APICS certification is an advantage
- Proven leadership, change management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across regions and business units
