Your primary responsibilities will include assessing damage, implementing restoration processes, and ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. You will work closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality results and provide exceptional customer service. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liInspect and evaluate property damage to determine the extent of the restoration work required. /li liPerform tasks related to water extraction, fire and smoke damage repair, mold remediation, and structural drying. /li liUse specialized equipment and tools to carry out restoration processes efficiently and safely. /li liDocument the restoration process, including damage assessments, work performed, and any other relevant information for reporting and insurance purposes.



/li liCommunicate with clients to explain the restoration process, answer questions, and address any concerns. /li liAdhere to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies to ensure high standards of quality and safety. /li liParticipate in the on-call rotation. /li liOther duties as assigned or apparent. /li /ul h3Skills/Qualifications /h3 h3Required /h3 ul li1+ year(s) previous experience in the restoration industry /li liOrganizational skills /li liProblem-solving/Decision-making capabilities /li liAnalytical thinking /li liMust possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liOSHA 10/30/40 Certification /li liPrevious experience with DocuSketch, Mica, or Restore 365 /li liBilingual in English and Spanish is a plus /li /ul h3Work Environment /h3 pThis is an in-field position that requires frequent travel to and from active jobsites.
