Someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, leading people and delivering exceptional work for clients. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage a portfolio of luxury client accounts /li liDevelop and execute strategic PR and communications plans /li liBuild and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and key industry figures /li liLead the agency's press office and oversee media outreach /li liPlan and execute press days, launches, VIP experiences and high‑profile events /li liManage client communication and present strategies with confidence /li liMentor and support junior members of the team /li liIdentify new business opportunities and support agency growth /li liWork closely with the Founder on the strategic development of Natasha Slater Studio /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liMinimum b5 years’ experience /b in luxury PR or communications /li liProven experience working with bfashion, luxury, interior design,



hospitality or lifestyle brands /b /li libFluent English and Italian (written and spoken) – this is essential /b /li liDemonstrated experience leading client accounts and mentoring junior team members /li liStrong experience organising luxury events, press days, launches and VIP activations /li liExcellent understanding of influencer marketing, digital communications and the evolving media landscape /li liExisting relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and industry contacts are highly desirable /li liCommercially minded, highly organised and solutions‑oriented /li liPassionate about fashion, design, luxury, travel and contemporary culture /li liWilling to attend evening events, fashion weeks and industry activations as required /li /ul h3Working at Natasha Slater Studio /h3 pThis is an boffice‑based role /b, with bfour days per week in our Milan studio /b and one day of lavoro da remoto. /p pWe believe the best ideas come from collaboration, creativity and being together as a team.
