From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity. /p pThebFinance Data Analyst /b will be primarily responsible for providing business insights through the development of advanced visualization applications (MS Power BI, Power Apps), act as key point of contact for all Business Intelligence applications and ensure up to date maintenance of the applications and ensure data integrity of tools and dashboards including responsibility for master data governance. /p pThebFinance Data Analyst /b some of your main activities will be: /p ul liSupporting in the development of new advanced visualization dash boards and KPI reports for the EP organization using Power BI, Excel, Power Apps; /li liGenerating meaningful insights from data that assist in decision making, in the management of the business and in strategy execution; /li liActing as the key point of contact for all BI related tools in Finance and IT department.



Maintain the applications up to date and ensure good master data governance; /li liEnsuring that business partners receive transparent, reliable and context relevant data for decision making; /li liHelping to identify and highlight issues affecting business performance or opportunities for improvement; /li liSupporting the implementation of process improvements and new business applications across the Business; /li liHandling priorities effectively, ensuring timely, efficient and accurate execution. /li liOngoing review/clean‑up of tools, dashboards and master data (Governance); /li /ul h3Required entry qualifications /h3 ul liYou are less than 30 years old, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract; /li liA bachelor or a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Management Engineering or similar; /li liExcellent knowledge of MS Office and Power BI; /li liProficiency in English and Italian; /li liPrevious experience in data analytics will be considered a plus; /li liSAP R/3 (SPIRIDON) knowledge and Power Apps will be considered a plus; /li liResults‑driven approach with high attention to detail; /li liExcellent analytics and problem‑solving skills; /li liStrong organization and time management skills; /li liIntellectual curiosity with a passion to never stop growing; /li liDrive for process improvement,
