In this role, you will partner with the VP to steer the Central R&D; organization, translating strategy into measurable objectives and ensuring execution across design, process, and product. You will align R&D; priorities with MDRF and company goals, driving cross-functional collaboration and governance. The position focuses on improving predictability, delivery, and KPI tracking for complex, global programs. This leadership role offers impact by shaping long-term technology roadmaps and scaling R&D; operations to accelerate innovation. You will communicate with senior leadership and influence decisions that advance the company’s technology and product strategy.

- Define and operationalize long-term technology roadmaps with technologist leaders
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives across design, process, and product

Responsabilità
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in semiconductor R&D;, engineering leadership, or technology strategy
- Experience leading complex programs in a global, matrix organization
- Strong understanding of end-to-end semiconductor lifecycle: design, tape-out, manufacturing, test, yield ramp
- Experience with technology nodes, chip architecture, or system-level design
- Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements
- Data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Leadership experience in cross-functional alignment and governance
