ph3Area Manager - Multiple Areas: Emilia Romagna; Campania, Calabria Sicilia /h3 pTo excel and enjoy this position – open for multiple areas: Emilia Romagna; Campania, Calabria Sicilia, if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: /p ul liReach geographical area economic targets /li liImprove and develop geographical area’s turnover /li liPromote the correct flow of capital information to/from headquarters and stores /li liGuarantee the correct application of Group’s policies and economic policies (prices, promotions, communications) /li liIn charge of employees’ health and safety, acting as safety authority /li liSupervise and approve HR policies among the stores of his/her competency in partnership with the HRBP retail of the area /li liManage employees career paths in collaboration with HRBP Retail of the area /li liSupport Store Managers when needed /li liCheck constantly his/her own geographical area target through management tools provided (sales, profits, shop profits, KPIs) /li liElaborate and share with the Store Manager and Specialist the appropriate use of development plans in order to achieve Group’s goals /li liImplement and adapt national commercial strategy to his/her geographical area according to local needs and peculiarities /li liManage relationship with Training Department in order to develop retail employees’ expertise /li liManage relationships with brands in order to implement commercial activities and plans /li liCompetitor analysis in order to understand the market and implement new strategies in cooperation with Sales Director and all the Sales Team /li liBeing confident with social media, animate Sephora community /li liBe an ambassador in external bureaucratic relations and employer branding events when involved /li liParticipate in projects with all the HQ departments /li /ul h3Who we are looking for:
