You guide the design, planning, and execution of completion/workover programs, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and technical integrity. You mentor field engineers and coordinate with subsurface, production, and service providers to meet project objectives. This role offers impact across high‑stakes offshore and onshore operations, shaping how we optimize well performance.
