Since 2018, Agap2 Italia has been operating throughout Italy in the following sectors: Energy, Oil Gas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, and Construction. /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE - PROJECT CONTROL / PROJECT SERVICE MANAGER /h3 pReport to Project General Manager, the Project Service Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all project support services — including cost control, planning scheduling, document control, procurement support, logistics, and administrative services — to ensure smooth project execution. This role acts as the bridge between the technical project team and the corporate support functions, ensuring contractual and operational requirements are met in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liManage all project service functions (cost control, planning, document control, logistics, and procurement support) for offshore and onshore scopes. /li liCoordinate project service teams during EPC/EPCIC phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Commissioning). /li liDevelop and maintain the Project Services Execution Plan in line with company and client requirements. /li liOversee project cost control and forecasting activities. /li liMonitor project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost variances. /li liEnsure timely preparation of cost reports and financial updates to the Project Manager. /li liSupervise preparation and maintenance of detailed project schedules (engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning). /li liIntegrate subcontractor schedules into the master project schedule.
/li liMonitor progress and highlight deviations or risks to timely completion. /li liWork closely with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services. /li liSupport contract administration, including review of commercial terms, tracking variations, and monitoring contractor performance. /li liEnsure vendor documentation and records are maintained as per quality and contractual requirements. /li liCoordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel, materials, and equipment to offshore and onshore sites. /li liOversee marine logistics, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements. /li liEnsure SIMOPS and offshore operational requirements are factored into service planning. /li liOversee project document control systems ensuring proper document flow between client, contractors, and internal teams. /li liEnsure compliance with contractual submittal requirements. /li liPrepare and issue weekly/monthly project service reports to management and clients. /li liEnsure all project services activities comply with company HSE standards, client requirements, and local regulations. /li liPromote a safety‑first culture within the project services team. /li /ul h3KEY COMPETENCIES /h3 ul liStrong leadership and team coordination skills. /li liExcellent organizational and time management abilities.
/li liAnalytical mindset with attention to detail. /li liEffective communication and client interface skills. /li liAbility to work in high‑pressure, fast‑paced project environments. /li /ul h3MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liBachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Engineering. /li li15 years of work experience in project service / project controls after earning the BSc degree. /li liExcellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports. /li /ul pThe salary for this role ranges from €50,000 to €80,000. The final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria.
