Her/his aim is to maximize customer satisfaction, service level and collaboration, while minimizing total-cost-to-serve and inefficiencies. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProactively ensure order processing and follow up until the delivery resolving any difficulty in the process /liliCommunicate with sales and production to clarify any misunderstanding in order processing /liliProactively communicate with customers in order to understand sales trend and anticipate service issues /liliEfficiently answer to the client requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes)
