ppSandvik is looking for a Service Coordinator with a Mechanical Engineering background to join our Service team. In this role, you will support operational activities related to technical assistance and Parts Services, acting as a key connection between field technicians, customers, and internal functions. /p pThe role includes a structured development path, with progressive acquisition of technical skills that will eventually enable the candidate to provide remote technical support and contribute more actively to service sales activities. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Service Operations Customer Interaction /h3 ul liPlan and coordinate the schedule of service technicians, ensuring efficient and timely interventions. /li liManage operational contacts with customers, ensuring clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication. /li liCollect, record, and prioritize service requests, working closely with technicians and the sales team. /li liSupport reporting activities and the monitoring of service KPIs. /li /ul h3Parts Services Sales Support /h3 ul liPromote a proactive approach to selling service solutions, in line with Sandvik’s strategy. /li liActively support the preparation of service and spare parts quotations (component identification, service packages, contracts). /li liContribute to the development of value-added service sales opportunities, starting from customers’ operational needs. /li liCollaborate with the sales team by providing technical sales support. /li /ul h3Technical Development Advanced Support /h3 ul liGradually acquire knowledge of Sandvik products, applications, and processes. /li liSupport the analysis of technical issues reported by customers. /li liProvide, over time, remote technical assistance, contributing to customers’ operational continuity. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives in service and customer experience. /li liAct as the primary point of contact with production, suppliers, and logistics.
