The role ensures compliance with Group standards and policies while delivering optimal value through strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management, and cost control activities. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the Indirect Procurement Category Manager in defining a strategic plan for managing the assigned commodities and achieving the results required by our company. /liliCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define business needs and ensure alignment with procurement procedures and instructions. /liliLead negotiations to ensure the best quality/cost ratio in indirect procurement. /liliIdentify and leverage cross‑regional synergies and inter‑company sourcing opportunities. /liliSupport the development and implementation of Master Service Agreements in collaboration with Haier Group procurement teams based in Italy. /liliManage the full vendor management process: scouting, offer evaluation, SLA, TC definition and contract drafting (in collaboration with the Legal department). /liliProcess orders in the company ERP system and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
