Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local – Genova, ITIndividual contributors with a professional specialty or multi-disciplinary skillset acquired through professional development. May direct the work of other lower-level professionals in the context of a project, process, or program. The majority of time is spent overseeing the design, implementation, or delivery of projects, processes, or programs using knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education or equivalent work experience.
This job family is responsible for all of the steps involved in getting products from suppliers to customers.



Activities include work associated with obtaining goods and services for all types of business processes; finished goods demand inventory planning and production planning & control to achieve targeted quality, wastage, and inventory levels; movement, storage, and inventory control of materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging materials; import/export & customs management. Freight forwarding services roles are included in this job family.
Management and Professional track positions in this sub-family are primarily responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals. Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns. Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data
