We are currently hiring a Director of Product - Sports to be based in Germany or another major Epassi market.
Your mission at Epassi
Epassi has built or acquired sport network products across multiple European markets. Today, they operate largely independently. Your mission is to change that — without losing what makes each of them win locally.
You will establish and lead Epassi’s first global Sport Product capability: a function that sets the product vision, architecture, and quality bar across all sport products, while ensuring each market ships the right things for its users, employers, and network partners. You will start with Germany — our largest and most complex sport market — and expand from there.
This is not a coordination role. It is a builder role. You will own a roadmap, lead a growing team, and be held accountable for sport usage and GMV globally.
