To further accelerate our growth and strengthen our presence in Italy, we are now looking to appoint an Investment Director / Head of M&A; Italy (m/f/d)



to join our team and play a key role in our continued expansion.

Your area of responsibility
- Deal sourcing and further expansion of our network in Italy
- Selection of investment opportunities, including market research, preparation of business plans, company valuation, due diligence
- Market and competition analysis across all sectors and business models
- Participation in management meetings, preparation of valuations, indicative offers and term sheets
- Participation in all aspects of M&A; processes, from acquisition to successful exit
- Taking on legal responsibility for our Italian entity FairCap Italy S.r.l.

Your profile
- Education: Very good academic degree (Bachelor or Master) with a commercial, technical or scientific background from a renowned university/business school.
- Job experience: Professional experiences (4-8 years) at renowned companies in the areas of private equ
