Purpose and main priorities of the role /h3pThe role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely execution of customer orders by coordinating production scheduling, shipment planning, and warehouse logistics. It aims to optimize service KPIs (such as OTIF and OTD), enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction through effective cross‑functional collaboration. /ph32. Your responsibilities will include /h3ulliSchedule the slitting machines in line with the service objectives defined by the Business Unit’s Supply Chain management (OTIF and OTD). /liliManage the planning of shipments to national and international customers, ensuring compliance with service timelines. /liliOversee the handling of finished, semi‑finished, and raw materials in the factory warehouses, or through external providers. /liliCollaborate on proposing and implementing process improvement projects aimed at optimizing service KPIs, production efficiency, and order management. /liliManage KPI reporting in accordance with company standards. /liliInterface with Customer Service, handling order confirmations and striving to best meet customer needs. /liliLiaise with external logistics and warehousing providers, analysing data and identifying trends (e.g., stock coverage, lead times). /li /ulh33. Who we are looking for /h3ulliBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or economics (considered a plus).



/liliAt least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector, with a background in industrial planning. /liliStrong analytical skills and problem‑solving capabilities. /liliExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. /liliStrong leadership and managerial skills, including the ability to lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and drive performance in a dynamic environment. /liliHigh level of proactivity, energy, and a strong sense of responsibility. /liliExcellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at various levels. /liliAbility to manage stress and handle high workloads with resilience. /liliAdvanced proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Excel) and ERP systems. /liliResult‑oriented mindset, pragmatism, and a customer‑centric approach. /liliItalian (good knowledge), English (excellent); Spanish is a plus. /li /ulh34.
