Davis, Arneil Law Firm, LLP, a premier North Central Washington law firm, is currently seeking a full-time associate attorney for its Wenatchee office, with experience or interest in litigation to provide legal support in various practice areas, with a focus on criminal prosecution, real estate, construction, family, commercial, personal injury, and other civil practice areas.

All candidates must be a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association or be taking the next scheduled bar exam.

The position is not remote and requires in-office presence, but hybrid work is possible on an as-needed basis.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Expected To:

- Draft, analyze, and interpret contracts and legal documents,
- Conduct legal research on complex issues,
- Assist with discovery processes,
- Assist with trial preparation and trial,
- Appear independently for motion practice, and
- Independently perform work to achieve client goals.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Skills:
- Excellent research, writing and critical thinking skills,
- Detail oriented,
- Quick learner and ability to improvise when needed, and
- Strong communication skills.

Base Salary Range:
- $75,000-$120,000
- Additional premio structure is available

Insurance:
- Medical/disability 100% paid by employer for employee
- Dental/life 75% paid by employer for employee

Paid Leave:
- 10 days of paid vacation per year
- 11 paid holidays per year

Partner Track:

Associates may be considered for Partner after 5 years of employment, dependent upon performance. Early consideration may be made for lateral associate hires.
