As an Account Executive you own the end-to-end relationship with vacation rental hosts in South Tyrol, driving revenue growth and long-term retention. You will lead prospecting, meetings, onboarding coordination, and post-sale optimization in a field-based role. You’ll partner with product and content teams to ensure hosts go live and realize value from Holidu’s platform. This role offers a performance-driven environment with cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to shape the local market. You will thrive in a diverse, growth-focused team that values experimentation and learning.

- Generate leads, build a local presence, and expand the portfolio
- Coordinate go-live and onboarding with product and content teams




- Manage post-sales relationships to drive retention and growth
- Analyze performance data to identify revenue opportunities and meet targets
- Travel frequently for fieldWork, meetings, and network events
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and hit monthly targets
- Languages: near native German and fluent English; Italian a plus
- Mobility: willingness to travel across South Tyrol and valid driver’s license
- Self-starter with field sales mindset xlwpduy
- Networking and persuasion skills for phone and face-to-face engagements
- Commercial drive with a results-oriented mindset
- Empathic, solution-driven attitude and organized work style
- Experience in sales, account management, tourism or online business is helpful
