Responsibilities

- Lead financial reporting processes across cycles with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for internal stakeholders and shareholders
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and actionable insights




- Support shareholder reporting materials and board-level presentations
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align financial performance with business strategy
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies
- Monitor budgets and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Contribute to strategic planning via robust financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Support internal and external audits with thorough documentation
- Translate financial data for English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders

Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional finance experience in an international company
- Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with shareholder reporting and exposure to executive-level stakeholders
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) written and spoken
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Solid understanding of international financial standards
