You will report to Bamby Combaluzier, our Head of Website. This is a hands-on product role inside a dedicated feature squad — you’ll work daily with Growth Engineers and Designers, not just coordinate from a distance.
➡️ What You’ll Do
- Own a section of qonto.com end-to-end: You’ll be responsible for a defined part of the website — from identifying conversion problems to shipping the fixes. That means defining the strategy, running the sprints, and tracking the impact.
- Run a continuous experimentation cycle: Set up and analyse A/B tests using tools like AB Tasty or VWO, draw conclusions from GA4 and Contentsquare data, and iterate fast. You’ll be expected to have tests running at all times.
