About The Role
Haleon, a leading company in the chemical/ pharmaceutical OTC sector,



for the Milan headquarters is looking for a recent graduate to be included in internship within the Customer Supply Chain Team.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will have the opportunity to operate in an international business context, within the Supply Chain Department.
The candidate will also have the chance to collaborate, supported by Customer Service, mainly in the following activities:
- Managing and monitoring customer orders through management systems (SAP, EDI, CRM) in order to ensure perfect business execution;
- Support new projects related to CSC’s digitalization;
- Support process innovation;
- Extract the necessary reports from SAP and CRM for analysis to support the business;
- Manage the orders prioritization according to requirements (insufficient stock situation, urgencies, etc.), providing proactive feedback to internal stakeholders;
- Manage customer complaints, returns and credit notes;
- Manage order-related activities according to the cut-off schedule;
