The role:

The HR Operations Specialist will act as the local HR expert for Italy, bridging global HR strategy with day‑to‑day operational excellence:
- Partner with Italian business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with Italian labor law, payroll processes, and employment regulations




- Build strong employee relations and support a positive, engaging workplace culture
- Support end‑to‑end talent processes including onboarding, development, and retention
- Manage local HR systems, data accuracy, and administrative processes
- Deliver local training and employee development initiatives
- Advise on compensation & benefits, performance management, and business design

Who we’re looking for:

This role will suit an experienced, hands‑on HR professional who enjoys working in an international context:
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Previous HR experience, ideally within a multinational environment
- Strong experience with Italian payroll and labor relations is essential
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills
