Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to drive strategy and shape integrated solutions portfolio through innovative offering development that address customer challenges . Each day, you will work with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and manage the complete solution lifecycle from customer needs identification to post-sale support . You will also showcase your expertise by defining solutions, pricing strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing profitability across global markets .
This role is global and contributing to the Electrification business, Smart Power division in the Agile Unit Distribution and Energy Management. Main stakeholders are Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D;, Supply Chain Management, and Engineering teams. In this role,
you will be part of a fully autonomous and empowered Agile Team, focusing on Transfer Switching Solutions . You will report to the Solution Product Management Infrastructure Chapter Lead.
The work model for the role is Hybrid (partially onsite and partially remote) hybrid
