E2E DISPAY and MATERIAL TRANSITION INTERNSHIP
Project Description:
The internship project will support the transition of display and materials sourcing from a direct sourcing model, based on multiple individual suppliers,
to a centralized agency model where a regional supplier manages the end-to-end sourcing process across all sub-clusters in SE Europe.
The intern will assist the team during the transition phase, which involves the definition and implementation of new ways of working, process alignment, documentation, and increased operational workload required to reach a stable Business as Usual (BAU) state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sourcing transition from direct suppliers to a regional agency model
- Support documentation of new ways of working, roles, and responsibilities
- Help coordinate activities between internal teams and the regional supplier
- Track transition-related activities, milestones, and open actions
- Support data consolidation and analysis related to sourcing volumes, costs, and suppliers
- Assist in issue tracking and operational follow-ups during the ramp-up phase
