Mission:

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for coordinating and developing all Customer Service activities within Gulf Sub-Region, ensuring high service quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sustainable service business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all country-level service operations (maintenance, warranty, service contracts).
- Lead and develop the local Service team, including Field Service Engineers and coordinators.




- Ensure effective planning and execution of service interventions.
- Act as primary escalation point for complex technical or customer issues.
- Monitor installed base performance and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement of service processes and KPIs.
- Coordinate spare parts availability and logistics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Headquarters functions.
- Contribute to service revenue growth and profitability.

Education: Technical Degree or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic).

Experience:

- Proven experience in Service / After Sales roles.
- Experience in team coordination.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and customer orientation.
- Problem solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Result oriented approach.
- Assertive and able to influence the working group thanks to competence and positive leadership.

Fluent in English.
