Regional Manager (Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria) – a vital playing coach and culture ambassador
As our new Regional Manager, you will work closely with our Country Manager, local Store Managers and staff, as well as HQ teams in Italy and Denmark. This is a hands-on role involving a wide range of tasks – no two days will be the same.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Lead a network of stores, supporting Store Managers and their teams with an hands on approach.
- Lead by example, optimizing sales and implementing best practices in your region.
- Conduct regular store visits focusing on performance indicators, budgeting, and execution quality.
- Recruit, train, and coach Store Managers in your region.
- Coordinate commercial operations with the Italian leadership team and HQ in Denmark.
- Embody and promote the culture and values of Normal
