The Special Projects and PMO team takes a strategic approach to driving impact cross-functionally across TikTok. They work with multiple business units and senior stakeholders—including Category, Partnerships, Strategy, Governance & Experience,
and Data Science—to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Intern to support this team by providing the rigorous quantitative analysis and insights needed to solve complex business problems in a fast-paced environment.
You will be the backbone of data support for our strategic initiatives. You will work both autonomously and collaboratively to extract, analyze, and visualize data, transforming raw numbers into actionable insights. You will dive deep into datasets to help grow our platform.
Responsibilities
- Analysis & Modeling: Support business leaders by conducting data analysis to help disassemble goals and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives.
- Strategy Support: Gather, clean, and analyze market and merchant data to support the formulation of go-to-market, merchant growth, and merchandise strategies.
