You will preferably be based in our Bari office, with the option to work from Rome, within a hybrid model. Responsibilities Lead the implementation of grid connections from feasibility to construction and final handover; Manage technical negotiations with grid operators,



ensuring full regulatory compliance; Act as the reference point for electrical infrastructure (substations, cable routes, overhead lines); Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders; Oversee contracts and third‐party contractors/consultants involved in electrical infrastructure delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent); 5+ years of experience in utility‐scale renewable projects (grid connection focus); Strong problem‐solving and stakeholder management skills; Fluency in Italian and English both written and spoken; Willingness to travel for several days at a time.
